All the textures, tubes and background sets on this site are free for you to download. I made them all myself, either from things I scanned, my imagination or from tutorials I have been doing lately. Any styles I have used from tutorials I have added links to those sites. They are the best I have been able to fInd as I embarked on learning more about PaintShop Pro.
To download the tube files left click on the image and download the zip file, save to your tube dir in psp.
To save the textured tiles, click on the tile sample and you will be able to see the tile as a page background. Right click on the background and choose "save background as.." Each tile will open in a new window, so close them after you have viewed the background.
The background sets can be saved the same way as the tiles, right click and "save background as.." or right click and "save image as.."
